ANU Visiting Fellows Dinners

ANU Visiting Fellows Dinners
aMBUSH Gallery, Kambri Cultural Precinct, The Australian National University

AuSI began hosting monthly dinners at University House February 2019 to welcome Visiting Fellows across campus and encourage opportunities for further engagement with the ANU academic community. If you are visiting ANU in 2020, we invite you and your academic host to join the ANU Deans', Directors' and members of the Executive for dinner and conversation.

'This dinner is an opportunity for visiting fellows from other tertiary institutions to meet with academics from ANU and better engage with our community. When these Visiting Fellows return to their primary institutions, I want them to feel connected to ANU, to consider research collaborations with our academics and to want to return here. I encourage you to participate in these events over the coming year.'

Vice-Chancellor, Professor Brian Schmidt, Vice-Chancellor's Newsletter, 22 February 2019

A guest speaker is invited to lead the conversation each month.

Registration is required. For more information on guest speakers, and to register, please select the month(s) of your visit from the link below.

Covid-19 Update:

We have been following the University’s guidance in dealing with the rapidly evolving situation concerning the COVID-19 virus. Due to the current situation, ANU has cancelled all public and social events at this time. Unfortunately, a flow on effect of this decision means that we are cancelling our Visiting Fellows Dinners planned for March to November 2020. The health and safety of our community is our top priority. This is a challenging time and we thank you for your support and understanding.
