Yingle (Ella) Li is a Master of Information Systems student with a background in Fine Arts. Growing up in Tianjin, a coastal city with a complex history of foreign concessions, shaped her early curiosity about the enduring symbolic weight of cultural “contact zones”. She has explored this interest through her visual art practice, which primarily focuses on foregrounding the diasporic Chinese perspective in Victoria.
Her extensive volunteering experience in student leadership and engagement has reinforced how much she values understanding individual stories and solving problems with tangible outcomes for communities. Looking ahead, she hopes to combine her people-centred approach with growing technical capabilities to support meaningful organisational improvement through business analysis and change consulting.
