Dr Harry Rolf is a tech policy professional with a proven track record leading impactful high-quality research on subjects such as Australia’s Data-Enabled Research Future, Australia's Digital Curriculum, and the Blockchain Ecosystems of India and Australia. He is co-founder of Shape Policy, a policy innovation start-up harnessing the creative potential of artificial intelligence in policy development.

Dr Rolf holds a PhD in information science from the University of Tasmania. His research investigated the everyday challenges faced by international students and how they used digital technology to accessing information and found support while living in Australia. The research has been used to helped improve institutional and state support for international students staying in Australia. He continues to pursue his research in technology, education, diversity and inclusion in Australia as a Fellow at the ANU Australian Studies Institute.

Dr Rolf also has extensive experience as a company director having served on the boards of not-for-profit and higher education organisations, including the University of Tasmania, RSPCA Tasmania, and the Diversity Council Australia.
