I am Zhang Ailun, originally from Xiangyang City, Hubei Province, China. Currently, I am a second-year student at the Australian National University, enrolled in the PhB (Bachelor of Philosophy (Honours) - Science) program, an undergraduate research-oriented degree.

Research Interests:

Broadly, my research interests span theoretical astrophysics, cosmology, theoretical physics, and mathematical physics. As I delve deeper into my studies, I anticipate these interests will further crystallize.

Research Experience:

I am currently engaged in a research project under the guidance of Professor Mark Krumholz. This project, titled "Upgrading nebular emission in stellar population synthesis to the JWST era," is expected to run from September 2023 to January 2024.

Career Aspirations:

I am dedicated to forging a career as a physicist.
