When I was studying in high school in Hong Kong, I dreamt one day I could study aboard to broaden my horizon. I am very lucky that my dream came true, I can get on a plane to study in Australia, one of the best education systems in the world. Studying at Australia gives me an opportunity to work with students from different cultures and learn about business from professors with experience working for multinational firms. I am currently studying a master’s program at Griffith University with a major in Professional Accounting. The program provides me with an in-depth knowledge of advance accounting, corporate accounting, corporate finance, economic principles, tax planning, statistics, marketing, business law, Insolvency, financial management and so on. In the program, I learn to use statistical methods and analytical tools to perform financial analysis in order to make the best of financial planning for corporations.
After graduation from the program, I want to become a leading financial analyst who possesses highly profound analytical and financial modelling skills to work for a multinational company. I look forward not only to sustaining the financial stability of a company but also to highlighting its growth opportunities. Equipped with the technical expertise and professional skills learned at Griffith university, I will be well-prepared for the challenges that I will encounter.
