As a student who grew up in Hangzhou, China and study abroad in Australia, I have a deep understanding of Chinese culture and also a strong interest in Australian culture. When I was a child, Australia had already been known throughout the world for its prosperous economy, advanced technology and education. This is the reason why I chose to study and experience life in Australia. I am currently studying mechatronic engineering in the University of Sydney and I am an enthusiastic robotics lover. I majored in robotics in the university. The chance provided by the program to engage with scholars works for robotics in Australia, would provide me with fresh perspectives and insights that could prove invaluable in my studies. In terms of my future career, the program can not only enhance my technical skills but also equip me with the interpersonal and crosscultural competencies crucial for success in a globalized engineering landscape. The relationships forged during the program could evolve into collaborations that transcend borders, propelling my career beyond the boundaries of traditional engineering roles. I am highly keen in gaining the knowledge, connections and perspective from the program to benefit the world in the future.
